This EP we are calling "captain autumn" was put together from a few home demos from the fall of 2010. We were still not a full band yet, but the addition of Kane Clearwater on drums was giving me all sorts of ideas for what this incarnation of hushpad was going to be about. Still most of it is just me like in the old days of the band.I think it's a nice little transition piece to what you will hear on the live recordings that follow it, and hopefully a bit of a teaser for the forthcoming LP we plan to record
in the upcoming year. We hope it makes you as happy as it does us to at least have something new after
what has been far too long of a wait.
